India Yamaha Motor (IYM) Pvt. Ltd. has unveiled a new surprise for motorcycle enthusiasts this festive season with the launch of two striking shades for the popular naked bike, FZ-S FI V4.
As part of its ongoing brand campaign, ‘The Call of the Blue,’ IYM introduced the FZ-S FI V4 in Dark Matte Blue and Matte Black, providing motorcycle aficionados with fresh and alluring options.
These new colour variants are priced at Rs. 1,28,900 (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
With the festive season just around the corner, this move will create a buzz among Yamaha enthusiasts and further strengthen the bond between the brand and its FZ customers throughout India.
The FZ-S FI V4 retains all the existing features and specifications that have made it a favourite among riders.
This includes a 149 cc engine, which delivers a peak power of 12.4 PS at 7,250 rpm and peak torque of 13.3 Nm at 5,500 rpm.

Additionally, it features a Traction Control System (TCS), single-channel ABS in the front with a rear disc brake, Multi-function LCD instrument cluster, an LED headlight, lower engine guard, and the Bluetooth-Enabled Y-Connect App, offering a host of features.
The FZ series has now built quite the legacy in India, with its original muscular looks. It had caught the fancy of youngsters who wanted a drop-dead gorgeous machine without burning a hole in the pocket. With these two matte colour schemes, Yamaha will hope to ride on the wave of matte finish automobiles, which are fashionable today. Matte of course looks great, but can be a bit more cumbersome to maintain for some.
The FZ-S FI V4 will continue to be available in the previous colour options, including Metallic Grey, Majesty Red, and Metallic Black available in the FZ-S FI V4 Deluxe edition. With the addition of Dark Matte Blue and Matte Black, Yamaha is offering even more choices for riders to select from, making their festive season rides even more vibrant and thrilling.
